I met Lisa six years ago when I photographed one of her events for Bath Life magazine. We have since worked together another four times and it has been amazing to see her business go from strength to strength.

Lisa’s company Living Better Health does exactly that, it helps you to live a better health, both physically as well as emotionally. Lisa offer a variety of treatments including treatment for digestive, hormonal or emotional issues.

My shoots with Lisa have always been very joyful, full on and varied. Essentially though we have always focused on the two sides of her business: the Living Better Health Clinic and Living Better Health Superfoods. The following pictures are for the clinic and Lisa has beautifully used them on her website.

The product pictures of Lisa’s blends have been a little bit more challenging. The lighting had to be just right to show off the product without reflecting in the packaging. These blends consist of super nutritious ingredients like macha, ashwagandha, chlorella, wheatgrass and many more. You mix them into your smoothies for extra power and health benefits. I have used them for years and often mix them into my children’s smoothies too.

Lisa’s knowledge of superfoods goes hand in hand with her clinic and she offers many treatments including food intolerance tests which I tested out myself. Following the actual test, Lisa gave me a variety of tips on how to improve my health and some symptoms I was experiencing. She even including homeopathic medicine and some superfood bags for me. Needless to say I was blown away by her knowledge and have since eliminated my food allergy related problems.
